Usually, the axial clearance is adjusted by adding or reducing the cushion pressure on the bearing end cover. If the bearing is within the standard value range, take off the bearing to check whether the bearing is running out of the outer ring, if the bearing chamber is found to have wear marks, you can use epoxy resin, with a certain amount of phthalic acid, ethylenediamine for bonding and fixing, can eliminate such faults.

The driven gear is composed of a gear ring and a gear hub, and the positioning pin on the driven tooth is designed to adjust the clearance. When repairing the three-blade Roots blower, do not fix the positioning pin between the gear ring of the driven gear and the gear hub before installing the gear pair, and first load the driven gear into the fan.

At this time, the drive gear and the driven gear are manually turned through the coupling to adjust the clearance of the gear pair and the clearance of the impeller between them. After the clearance is adjusted, the gear ring of the driven gear and the lock bolt of the gear hub are tightened, the whole is removed from the equipment, and the location of the positioning hole is re-selected for drilling. At this time, the positioning hole is the current accurate positioning size of the fan.
